Agiphi Veridence provides Technical Due Diligence (TDD) codebase auditing and post-merger risk governance through volatile RAM sandboxing. All codebases are parsed in memory-only instances and deleted immediately following calculations.

2. Service Availability & SLA

Agiphi commits to a 99.9% uptime availability for the Veridence audit API engine. Analysis reporting times are guaranteed to complete within 30 minutes of repository download.

3. IP Protection & Non-Retention

Agiphi warrants that no codebase credentials, tokens, repository code, or telemetry logs are stored, indexed, or shared with third-party models. System memory is fully cleared post-execution.

4. Fees & Billing Terms

Enterprise subscriptions are billed based on deal volume. Direct invoices are payable net 15 days. GCP Private Offers will be charged against the client's existing cloud credits upon countersigning.
